ReplyOps is a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage and respond to Google Business Profile reviews. Our Service includes:

• Automatic synchronization of reviews from your Google Business Profile
• AI-powered generation of review response drafts
• Direct publishing of responses to Google Maps
• Review analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews or responses
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or API usage policies

5. Google Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Business Profile via Google APIs. By using this integration, you:

• Authorize us to access your Google Business Profile data on your behalf
• Agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service
• May revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate review response drafts and analyze your reviews. You can interact with your reviews via chat to gain insights. You understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing
• You assume full responsibility for any content you publish
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated suggestions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by MaxMyBusiness and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

You retain ownership of your content. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You will be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany.
